Sam with Innovative Construction did a complete roof change on my house, and it exceeded all of my expectations. The estimation was done in a timely manner, and it was priced very competitively to the other proposals I received and included all of the options and elements that were discussed on-site. The job was handled very quickly and communications with Sam was always excellent. Additionally, Sam did an excellent job in installing new recessed lights and he was really helpful in picking the right paint that fits the layout of my house. He is really knowledgeable and always recommends the best choice that fits my needs.
Me and my wife are really happy with results, and we would recommend him to anyone who would like to do any job on the house.

Heard about this guy from a friend. I needed insulation for one of my rooms since the freeze we had destroyed my ceiling. But instead of just insulating the one room I had him work the entire house and garage. Now down here in Houston its HOT. After having him insulate the entire house I have noticed a few things. Cooler temps inside the house on 100+ days, a cheaper electric bill. But the biggest difference was my garage. Having it insulated with a/c makes a HUGE difference. Its now comfortable to work in on those hot days. As far as my experience goes with Inovative Construction and Mr Sam. I can say he was very professional his crew efficient. I was expecting for them to be here for hours to preform the work but to my suprised they were done much quicker than expected. I would definitely recommend.
