Groomer Ashley was punctual, personable but professional, and bonded with my dog right away, while also putting me at ease! She also made my dog look great!

Jonas and groomer Ashley were both very responsive, and sensitive to the fact that Katara was a rescue who was extremely anxious (as was I) about getting her groomed due to a bad experience a long time ago (elsewhere). Ashley spent time just letting Katara get to know her before starting, and she was GREAT with my dog, who loved her immediately. Eventually we will let Katara’s fur grow out to get more around her face again, but she was so tangled that I requested to shave her quite close this first time. Ashley did a great job!
