- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically do a basic meeting at the potential clients home to meet the pets. I have never had a person say they would get back to me later after the initial meeting. Usually I think they feel comfortable with me so we go over the routine and necessary details...key...alarm..etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was an agribusiness major at Stephen F Austin...work a couple yrs at vet clinic/kennel...rodeo...4H..FFA...and almost 6 yrs in business now.
