Urban Pet Sitting, LLC has been helping pet owners since 2002. We are bonded and insured, and we love working with our clients' pets.
We offer pet visits, dog walks, overnight stays, pet taxi services, and pet concierge services. If you need help, we are here to help you. We can take care of any of your pet needs.
Urban Pet Sitting only hires and works with experienced pet care professionals, and our staff loves what they do! All pet care professionals have been clear backgrounds on local, state and federal levels.
New customers are offered a FREE Meet & Greet so that we can get to know you, meet your pets, and put a face to our name before our first visit.
Our team has completed over a thousand walks and hundreds of visits in Houston. We can help with more than just dogs! We LOVE all animals, and we're willing to help with all species and breeds.

Great dogwalking service, but having a hyper active Brittany puppy meant that day care was a better option for the price. Great, friendly staff and were fantastic with my dog!!

Heather is easy to work with, responsible and good with my dogs. We received pictures from every visits and my dogs looked happy and well cared for.

Urban Pet Sitting looked after my cat while I was out of town. I rarely travel out of concern that my cat will not receive enough attention and feel lonely. Urban Pet Sitting listened to my specific priorities. I couldn't be more satisfied. When I returned, my cat was as relaxed as could be and totally happy, not the way she has been when I returned from travels in the past. I will definitely use this service again. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Mid day walks are $25 per visit and overnight stays are starting at $75. The overnight stay includes an evening and morning walk.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first determine the customer needs. Whether it is mid-day visits or holiday travel. We then connect directly with the customer to set up a date and time to meet in their home. At this meeting we go over all over the specific needs of the owners, pet(s), and get to meet and begin creating a connection and comfort level for all.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All staff is trained regularly by a senior staff member.
Our employee manual of policies and procedures is read, understood, and followed by all staff.
