Drew was on time and very professional. He came and looked at my issue within one day of reaching out. He gave an honest opinion about my options and didn’t try to price gauge me. We ended up just replacing the wax ring and installing the toilet, and he did it quickly and neatly. He also told me what to look for to confirm the leaking didn’t reappear.

He did a good job at explaining what he was going to do even before coming to the house to replace my ptrap set up. I had gotten quotes from other suppliers but they didn’t really go into detail about what they were going to do.
