- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the size of the project, the type of repair, and the materials required. Smaller drywall repairs typically have a minimum service cost, while larger projects are priced based on labor and materials. My goal is always to offer fair and competitive pricing while delivering high-quality work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I communicate with the customer to understand the project and review photos or visit the property if needed. Then I provide a clear estimate explaining the scope of work. Once approved, we schedule the job and complete the work professionally while keeping the area clean and organized. My goal is always to deliver high-quality results and make sure the customer is satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from many years of hands-on experience working in drywall installation, drywall repair, texture finishing, and interior painting. Through the years I have worked on many residential projects including new construction, remodeling, water damage repairs, and detailed texture matching.
