We don’t just clean what you can see — we go deeper to protect your health and improve your indoor air quality. Our full-system cleaning includes:
1. Opening the unit and plenum box, where most dust and debris accumulate and then get distributed throughout the house. We clean, disinfect, and treat it for mold if needed.
2. Properly sealing the system and the plenum box to prevent future dust from entering and causing the ducts to get dirty again over time. This ensures long-term cleanliness and efficiency.
3. Brushing and vacuuming each duct thoroughly, both from the attic and from inside the house, to remove all buildup.
4. Disinfecting the entire system first, and then applying a professional mold treatment if needed, ensuring it’s completely eliminated.
5. If we find mold in the home, we remove all vent covers, wash them thoroughly, disinfect them, and treat them for mold, leaving them as good as new.

Thomas and his team were amazing. They arrived and checked all of my air ducts and vent. He gave me a very price that I could not pass up. They were able to complete everything within a few hours. Cleaned all of my air ducts and my vents in my home. I am providing photos and in the photos most of black area was covered in mold and now it is completely gone. He did an exceptional job and I will for sure use him in the future.

Lexa Duct Cleaning did such a great job! From start to finish, they were professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough. They went above and beyond to make sure our family was breathing clean, fresh air and we could feel the difference almost immediately.

Thomas. I can’t begin to Thank you enough! You came to my rescue and did exactly what you said you’d do and for me not to worry anymore. What a sincere, caring owner of LEXAS AIR with the dedication not found often. After my many inspections with my insurance company, and FEMA, along with required estimates to address the Toxic Black Mold, I was becoming so frustrated and overwhelmed. Sadly my ignorance a year ago, along with the cancer, I was perhaps too trusting and desperate. The company that offered a $99 full vent and duct cleaning came out. In less than an hour they took their basic equipment and started to leave. When I noticed no vent grills had been cleaned, they said they don’t do that. Then months later upon having the A/C inspected, I was informed this past company slit the main duct to access easier. Evidently it is not uncommon, for less time and cost. Problem is they failed to secure the open slit and thus, that’s when the challenge of mold began. Leading to thousand to remediate and my skepticism and lack of trust during my hardship times! Thomas, tonight I am at peace! You did what you said and immediately I noticed a difference in the air I’m breathing! Visually, my ducts, vents and vent covers are free of mold and look new! You even rid the black mold around each vent! Nice! Thank you once again for you making this affordable and being renewing my Faith in those that truly care!
