- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$95 Full System Diagnostic fee. Immediate 'repair quote' upon diagnostic of the problem, quote includes diagnostic fee (Total Price). Fast approval process. If repair is not made, only the diagnostic will be charged. Trip Charge outside City Limits. If Repair is too costly and does not make sense to repair anymore, Diagnostic Fee is credited with a new system replacement. Quote must be presented to the customer in person or virtually. We will not email a quote until replacement is presented to the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Help Customer first. Find Solution. Get proper approvals. Fix problem. Need Second Opinion on repair vs replace? We have properly diagnosed systems that could be repaired instead of replaced. Saving Customers Thousands and getting their AC Systems back to running in this HOT Texas weather. We Replace AC Systems to what the customer wants/needs and not to what the contractor feels he needs to provide. Our Assesments are Superb in order to avoid the customer from ongoing headaches with their AC Systems.
