Arnold came out quick (same day service) and quickly diagnosed and fixed multiple problems. Being the type that likes to learn things I also liked the fact that he taught me different things about Electrical systems in general. I will for sure be using him for any upcoming projects. Thanks Grind!

The first thing that impressed me was the excellent response rate of their messages. Not only did the early bird catch the worm, but they were the best "bird" I was in contact with. They were very professional, nice, and knowledgeable. Second thing that impressed me was not only did they give me a 30 minutes head's up that they were coming, but as soon as I opened the door, Arnold handed me a card with his name and company name so I didn't have to ask who he was, which also matched his uniform. These days you never know who to trust, so that simple gesture meant so much. Third thing was the amount of knowledge and attention to detail that he has. He was able to eyeball and estimate distances then measured them to reconfirm and they were pretty much exact... very impressive. If you saw how clean the work is, you would be surprised with how quickly, and well they worked together. We had different types of fixtures that needed to be installed, and they knew how to do each of them. Very well rounded, very professional, very knowledgeable, and very appreciated. My husband who is VERY picky said it looks great, and couldn't find anything to nit pick about. Now we're thinking about upgrading other things in the house now that we found someone we can trust. We 200% recommend Arnold and his team and will definitely hold on to his info for any and all of our electrical needs. Thank you for making this such an smooth transaction for us. Really appreciate it.

Arnold and his helper did a great job with my doorbell issue. They ran to Home Depot to pick up the parts needed and were back in no time. He explained his findings in detail and showed me the fixes as he went. I would hire again for electrical trouble shooting.

Arnold and his team did a great job installing a 60-lb chandelier into my 18’ concrete ceiling. He made sure the chandelier was assembled correctly and even came back to adjust the height when I changed my mind! He is very knowledgeable, time-conscious and honest in his work. He also moved 2 light boxes for me, installed 1 additional light box and installed 2 more light fixtures. My home looks great! I have a few projects left before my space is complete and I will be using Grind electric for all of them.
