This was a small job in an older building, with no power to some of the outlets. Paul came out to the site and with his experience and knowledge he had diagnosed the problem within the first few minutes. After the fix, he offered a fair priced and comprehensive estimate to my electrical issue that was present.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
NO EVERY PROJECT IS DIFFERENT BUT I WORK WITH ALL MY CUSTOMERS IN ORDER TO GAIN A CUSTOMER FOR THE FUTURE.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I enjoy walking the customer through the process of what is needed in making necessary repairs and getting the customer back to living a normal life.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my T.W.I.C credentials, Houston Area Safety Council credentials, OSHA 30 hour safety training, CPR, AED certifications, CDL Class B air brakes, OSHA 10 hour safety training, NCCER class instructor 2014,2015 1st year apprenticeship program and built curriculum for the fourth year program as well. Currently enrolled at HCC with a 3.5 GPA. current member of the MEN OF HONOR at HCC
