- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m always willing to give the customer a discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When it’s a new customer I always ask for $30 to go see the work and we reach an agreement those $30 dollars don’t count anymore and the next jobs I have with my client I won’t charge the $30 again.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for an electricity company for 4 years which did electrical installations from scratch.
