Just purchased a new (but older) home is requested that Route evaluate and label the panel and fix a funky ground wire. I mentioned that there were loose sockets, but that I could handle that. Roy gave me a quote that included replacing the majority of the sockets, light switches and restore power to certain outlets that were not functional. Although I've stumbled across the odd outlet that wasn't replaced (the home has them hidden everywhere), the price was more than fair, and Roy and his team worked very hard (including on a holiday weekend!) To get the job completed, and I feel much safer in my home for their work.
