We start with a thorough consultation to understand your goals. A lot can be achieved through pictures, videos and FaceTime. For more complex projects we perform a site assessment to check the exact scope of work. We provide a transparent bid quickly, and once approved, our licensed team mobilizes fast to get the work done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a thorough conversation to determine what your needs and requirements are. Whether you call us in English, Spanish, or Portuguese, we want to understand not just the problem, but your long-term goals for your home. Typically, we will send a message through the Thumbtack portal and follow it up with a phone call and/or text message. Text message especially is key in order for us to receive pictures/videos.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team features a Master Electrician and a Master Plumber with over 40 combined years of experience. We stay up-to-date on the latest technology and generator systems to provide the most modern solutions for our clients. We also have a vast team of journeymen electricians and plumbers that work alongside the masters.
