- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
▪I require a Nonrefundable Retainer fee of 30% to secure photo sessions. ▪For weddings >$350, 30% Retainer fee and we set up a payment plan ▪Full payment needs to be made before the photo shoot
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new client is I ask to know their expectations, we set a date/location, I discuss the payment options, and send them an agreement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked at Providence School Pictures where they trained me on how to set up lighting and take professional portraits. I have my Associates of Arts degree, and I'm currently working at HCC-Tv where I've been trained to shoot, edit, add music, and graphics to videos.
