- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have the best pricing because it includes other services that you'll need for your wedding WITHIN the price for the wedding photography! Nobody else on Thumbtack has a deal like that. We simply care more about your experience.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are very patient with you. We are as interested in your special day as you are. We will ask as many questions as possible in an interview-like format. This is so that we can create an experience as close to what you image as possible!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My team has over 50 years of experience combined. We're not new in this industry. We're just new to THIS platform.
