- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing reflects the quality, time, and care invested in every session - both during and beyond the shoot itself. Each project involves not only the time spent photographing but also extensive preparation and post-production work. This includes communication and planning with the client, selecting the location and outfits, creating mood boards, and travel time. After the shoot, a significant number of hours are dedicated to carefully selecting, color correcting, and retouching your images to achieve a polished, professional result. The pricing also accounts for the professional equipment and tools that ensure top quality - high-end cameras and lenses, professional laptop, licensed editing software, online client galleries, and secure long-term storage systems with backups to prevent any data loss. In addition, some sessions involve collaboration with a team, including a retoucher and manager, to make your experience seamless and enjoyable. For example, a 1–2 hour portrait session may require 10–15 total hours of work from the photographer and team from start to finish. I’m always happy to discuss your needs and find a fair, transparent rate that suits your project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually respond to clients promptly, typically within 1 hour after receiving an inquiry. I clarify key details about the upcoming event, such as the location, duration of the event, the number of participants to be photographed, the required number of looks and photos, and any specific information I need to know before finalizing the deal. After that, the client and I agree on the price and the deposit amount to reserve the date. Next, I send a standard contract to the client's email, which they need to review and sign. The date and time for the shoot are considered reserved once the deposit is made and the contract is signed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing photography for over 15 years. I have had the opportunity to shoot famous artists and world athletes, commercial events and concerts, portraits, family and wedding events. Every time I photograph, I strive to make a person feel free and at ease during the photo shoot.
