- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is definitely based off size, and the severity of your problem. If there's a deep infestation it will cost more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get a rundown of everything thats going on what it is that customer sees or hears, and how it may have all started. And from there I inspect and inform the customer of the plan.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified Applicator and Certified Technician in the Texas Department Of Agriculture.
