He was supposed to come out and was a no-show. I texted him and he didn't answer. Finally I called him and he said the parts store was closed on Sunday and he'd come the next day. I said I've been sitting here all day waiting for you and you haven't even texted me or called me to tell me you were not going to come. That's not acceptable. I told him I told him I would not be home the next morning and he could come in the afternoon and he said OK. Not a peep from him the whole afternoon. Did not answer my text. Did not answer my phone call. This "man" is immature, irresponsible, has no integrity or business sense, And has absolutely zero customer service. Don't call this irresponsible child to come out and help you with anything. And there was not an appropriate choice for the title and that's why it says "not sure". I'm very sure of his inept business sense.

Mario came out on a Sunday gave me a quote I hired him came out on Friday on time finish on Saturday did a excellent job looks great very happy with his work price was great I recommend him to anybody who needs work done
