George came the same day I called to look at the job. He started and completed painting an office space the next day. His price was fair, he was clean, nice, respectful, and the work was excellent. Very trustworthy handy-man.

George Utrillla did an awesome job! We needed a 6-8 ft. fence for security and privacy at our home. George gave us a quick quote that was the most reasonably priced! He was able to start right away and explained everything though out the building process. He stayed on budget and with in the time frame we agreed on. He was very professional and friendly. I recommend him and look forward to working with him in the future.

George caulked my window exteriors and repaired my attic stairs. He had to trim more branches than expected to get to one of the windows, but was willing to take time to do it right.
