Instant Chimney provide us with great service! Chase, the technician came on time, was able to properly diagnose and fix the issue with the remote and low blue pilot light. He successful fixed the issue during the initial service call. Super happy to have our fireplace back working during the freeze. Highly recommended Instant Chimney!

I needed my fireplace inspected and cleaned because I had not used it for several years. The technician actually arrived early. He couldn't have been more professional or friendly. He inspected the fireplace and told me it was in good condition. He cleaned it thoroughly. My fireplace works beautifully. I appreciate that he did not try to sell me parts or services that I did not need. I will always use this company for my fireplace.
