I am very satisfied with Nature's Own. I haired them to clean the gutters on my house. They quoted a fair price quickly. They kept great communication throughout the job, showed up on time, did the job right and accepted payment via credit card over the phone after they were finished. The cleaner showed up at the designated time which was good. Unfortunately the cap on the chimney was not able to be removed so they had to clean from the inside of the house. It looked like they basically ran a shop vac and ran a brush up the chimney. The entire cleaning lasted a few minutes. I'm not sure if this is standard but I thought the cleaning would be more in depth.

Good Afternoon, The removal of the cap is not a problem and doesn't have anything to do with the cleaning. We do run brushes all the way to the cap to remove the old creosote and the smoke shelf. Then everything is cleaned up. If for any reason you have any doubts we will be more then happy to come back out at no charge to make sure you are happy with the service. Thank You, Management
