Kai (?) was outstanding. Very kind and very good at communication. Did a wonderful job restoring my gas fireplace and logs, & cleaned up like no one had been there. I will recommend them as well as use them again if needed. Excellent!!!!

Isaac was able to schedule an initial visit the same week I called, evaluate my fireplace and walk me through the available options. He was able to replace /install same day and left me with a beautiful, working fireplace. I am very pleased with the service, product and experience! I highly recommend!
