Isaac was able to schedule an initial visit the same week I called, evaluate my fireplace and walk me through the available options. Kai (?) was outstanding. Very kind and very good at communication. Did a wonderful job restoring my gas fireplace and logs, & cleaned up like no one had been there. I will recommend them as well as use them again if needed. Excellent!!!!

Tech arrived on time and went right to work. Diagnosed the issue, discussed it with me and resolved the problem. Cleaned up after himself as well. Very nice young man.
