After 6 weeks of Shaped Bodies Fitness classes, I lost 10 pounds. The classes are designed to fit anyones current condtion so you go at your own pace until you catch up with everyones else. This helped me keep going and gave me a great goal to work towards. Thank you!

In my mid-forties and after years of inactivity due to, well, life in general, I joined Shaped Bodies Fitness with my co-workers. Although apprehensive at first, I only did what I felt I was able. I am thrilled to say I am into my second month, and remain fully committed. The classes provide an opportunity to exercise and, just as important, time to de-stress! The classes are convenient – with availability that accommodates my busy lifestyle – and the instructors are enthusiastic, patient, and well-trained. (Brandon’s my #1!) Thanks Shaped Bodies Fitness!

Shaped Bodies Fitness is awesome! So much fun! I have never been able to stick to a workout plan as long as I have stuck to boot camp. The price is also affordable and you get access to all the available boot camps. Nobody can beat it. It really is an awesome deal. My goal was not to lose weight, but to tone up and I - along with other people - have noticed a big difference in my muscle tone. I love knowing that I am getting stronger, being healthy, and loving every minute of it :). It something i really look forward to every Mon, Wed, & Fri and can't stop raving about to my coworkers and friends.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Find a program and stick with it. Whether it's Outdoor Boot Camp, Personal Training, Cycling, Yoga, Zumba etc. It takes consistency and commitment. There is no "Quick Fix", this takes time and YOU.
