Basic Catering Choose this option when you need us to do some of the work but not all of it. We will deliver your food to your location. Barbecue ( Chicken,Brisket,Ribs,Sausage ) Drop Off Catering Choose this option when you just need us to get the food to you ready to serve. We will deliver to your location, you take care of the rest . Policies Cancellations - Because your food is purchased and prepared fresh for your order. Cancellations must be received a minimum of 5 days prior to the date of your event . Late cancellations will result in a non-refundable charged of 25% of the total order. Payments - Full service catering , we will reserve your date for $ 100.00 deposit . this will effectively take your date off of our calender and guarantee we will be available for your special day. 50% of your balance is due ,1 week prior to the event and the balance is due arrival for the event. Basic & Drop Off Catering - Payments is due at the time of service. Larger events my require a $ 100.00 deposit. ( Cash or Check are accepted ) Basic & Full Service and Formal event catering . A $ 40.00 delivery and set up charges will be applied to all orders $ 100.00 and a $ 20.00 delivery and set up fee applied to all orders less than $100.00. Drop off catering - Free delivery within a 5 mile radius ,delivery charge $ 1.00 / mile for travel greater than 5 miles to your location. Formal Event surcharge $ 100.00 (includes,liners ,decorations and accessories)
