Oscar was a real gem. He came over for an estimate and proceeded to the repair right then . Took just over an hour and the repair was done Better than new! He saved us more than 1-2 of what the major furniture company quoted. I highly recommend him. If I ever need his services again I will call him immediately. I can't begin to express how pleased I am with the work performed by Oscar at Satisfying Furniture Repair. His response to my inquiry was prompt and professional. He provided me an estimate and plan for repair after performing an in depth diagnosis of our sectional sofa with several sagging seating areas. Oscar was able to repair the seating areas very affordably and we should easily gain several more years from our furniture since it feels like new again.
