MCM were excellent. They gave me an estimate over the phone, came out and fixed the leaking fridge efficiently and cleanly. They diagnosed and explained what the issue was, and then tidied up after themselves once they were finished which I appreciated. I would use them again for appliance issues.

I was looking for a dishwasher repair company and contacted 2 companies this morning. Both contacted me right away and I chose MCM Mechanical Appliance due to their consistent high reviews. They did not disappoint! We set up a time for someone to come after 2pm and Mkali arrived at 2:45pm. He checked the dishwasher and ran some short cycles to diagnose the issue. He explained what he was doing and showed me how certain things were not working properly. We needed to replace the pump & motor and he was able to fix it right away. The job was finished in one hour! He did a great job and now we have a working dishwasher again! I highly recommend this company because they are reliable and knowledgeable.
