Fair pricing and he showed me that the previous owner had wrecked the disposal with Drano/liquid clog solvent (I had thought it was just old). He also gave me a quick tip for making my new disposal last (WD-40 to fight rust). Roger definitely knows his trade - 5 stars from me.

Excellent all round. Called half hour prior to appointment and arrived right on time. Very knowledgeable, he explained the entire repair process before work was initiated. The repair itself was speedy and expertly done. Everything was checked above and below the sink after the repair. And he left the area in the condition he found it. No huge mess to clean up after the fact which was really appreciated. Truly excellent service at a very fair price!

I found Roger on Thumbtack and was able to come to my location the same day and diagnose the problem. Since it was not an emergency he told me he would be there mid morning the next day. He text me when he was on the way and arrived around 10:15. He fixed my plumbing in a timely matter and was finished a little after lunch time. I would and am going to use him if I have any more plumbing needs.

They did a GREAT job on our drains. He’s very thorough and takes pride in his work. Communication is excellent and timely. Rates were reasonable. I’ll use him next time and so should you!
