Ricky and Nico helped me prepare a rental with a variety of fixes including patching laminate and stone tile flooring gaps and holes, installing baseboards, touching up paint/caulking, installing a closet rod, and adjusting door latches. While other contractors offered over-the-top solutions, Ricky had a very reasonable approach to fixing things in creative and reasonable ways. When there was something he couldn’t do (attic electrical), he had a great referral who also got the job done reasonably. Although I only hired him for the day, Ricky did a courtesy call the next day to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. He also left me with supplies to do any remaining touch-ups myself. Ricky was very friendly, responsive and easy to work worth. I won’t hesitate to call again next time I’m in need of repairs!

Ricky did an excellent job replacing our window trims and building a housing around the breaker box. He was very responsive, professional, and ensured everything was done with great attention to detail. The quality of work exceeded our expectations, and the price was very reasonable.
