You said that would not work. at that time I asked you what your budget was you said that 2000 was your max that you could get it done for 2000? You were a contractor and you knew how to do it and you could do it yourself. I stated that that was a very low price, but we’re willing to work with you as long as you work with us. I asked you if you could pressure wash the area is needed because of a dirt and debris from the years of wear and tear. you said you would get back to me. I texted you hours later than not to worry about the pressure washing that I would have my Team) or myself pressure wash the area as needed, and I threw that in at no cost to you. I also offered help to look at the pressure washer you said was not working, but it was not dispensing the soap properly. at that point, I inspected the pressure washer connected all the appropriate adapters for the soap dispensing and operated. It was working as a designed by the manufacturer, soaked the areas with soap that were needed to be washed and began to work pressure washing those my team caulked the environment, they started prepping the home. As a team arrived, we noticed that there was only 5 to 6 gallons of paint at that time. I let the customer know that they were gonna need more paint. The response she gave me was Miguel make it work. To me it was very sad to hear that, at that point, I went to Lowe’s purchased the paint and dropped it off so they could finish their job. Once finished they let me know. I let the customer know that the job was done. You contacted me and I responded that I would put you on the schedule for us to go back out to clean up and make things right. after a while, you started harassing me and sending me inappropriate text messages. I did all I could to please you by the way you also know that your pavers were not installed correctly. You even pointed it out when I first stepped into your property that you had grass growing up from them. I later on went out to the property to clean up the back concrete and the pavers myself. I did let you know that we would have to come back out. when we spoke via text message I also reminded you that per manufacturers normally it’s spraying paint two passes.
