Hi, my name is Edwin. I'm the founder of Brivenca Builders. I have a degree in Civil Engineering and have been building since 1988 and in Thumbtack since 2016.
I used to work for a large home builder, and after building hundreds of houses I got kind of bored. So, I decided to open my own shop working on more interesting projects.
I usually create a 3D model of the spaces we build, so we both have a clear idea of how the end product will look like before we start. That takes a little bit of more time in front, but it helps solving many problems down the road.
Since I like to run every project myself, I'm very selective. My company works best with customers that value the small details to make their property look above average. My work is not a good fit for very low budgets or very tiny small projects.
Even when we build houses from the ground up, we also take smaller projects like kitchen and bathroom remodeling with budgets above $20K.
