Quality of the work promised was below standard, shoddy and incomplete. We were quoted based on a two person job, only one showed. During the project, panels were scratched and damaged and pieces weren’t joining the walls as expected. When asked to correct it, the response I received was “nothing is perfect, I’m sorry”. When asked to put an end cap unit on the unfinished side, the response was “no”, and then they began packing up to leave, which we asked for them to leave. Then a payment was demanded and legal action was threatened if we didn’t pay (which we never threatened not to) and when we tried to discuss by phone, our calls were ignored. As a dissatisfied customer, I would never recommend this vendor in the future. We now have to find another vendor to correct and finish this project.

This review does not fully reflect what happened. The main problem was that the customer did not pay the agreed amount for the work already completed. The customer then removed me from the property before I could finish some final details. I respected the customer’s decision and left the property respectfully.
