FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing information can definitely be discussed during sales calls, but we should always send quotes and proposals in writing, too. This helps avoid misunderstandings or miscalculations and also gives everyone involved a clear overview of our pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Schedule an Onboarding Meeting 2. Review Roles and Responsibilities 3. Discuss Desired Outcomes 4. Take Notes and Follow Up 5. Respect customers
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We started with our guys working for a huge construction company and we went to help (work) to Florida after the hurricane disaster. We saw sad faces on people after losing if not everything, almost everything. But once we fix there houses, the change sadness to happiness. There we ask our self, are we really construction workers? Then we have been doing this job and given people there "new renovated home"!
