I charge a hour fee for finding the materials and getting labor estimates which usually takes 10 to 15 hours. And I charge a mark up to do the work.

First go over to the customers home to meet and have a consultation of what needs to be done. If the client and I feel as though there is good communication and a great feeling of comfort and trust then we can proceed with the project.

In 1986 is when I started. I lived in San Francisco and was married to a builder. We restored a 1886 Historical Victorian and lived in it. I learned from the ground up how to restore and remodel a home. The design talent just came along with all the resources and experience over the years .
