I hired IAS Boutique Remodeling as my general contractor to remodel my apartment, including a complete kitchen renovation with custom cabinets, new countertops, a bathroom remodel, new flooring, and interior painting.As a first-time homeowner, I knew almost nothing about remodeling. When I met with Idan, he took the time to ask a lot of questions to understand exactly what I wanted and helped bring my vision to life. Hector and Carlos did an excellent job. They were very communicative throughout the project and genuinely cared about every detail.The final result exceeded my expectations. The craftsmanship is outstanding, and my new kitchen and bathroom completely transformed the feel of my home. We hired IAS for a second deck in our backyard and we just couldnt be happier with the results. They built our last deck 2 years ago and it still looks perfect so IAS was an obvious choice when we decided we wanted to expand the deck.They are also always very responsive to any questions I had and pricing was clear and transparent from the start.I would strongly recommend IAS to anyone looking for their contractor.
