Was dealing with a complicated leak issue for various months. Multiple contractors were not able to address the issue after multiple attempts. I finally reached out to Krauss and within a day Ed and his team came to assess the situation and within 3 days they completed their work. The leak has been resolved and not a single drop came through after hurricane Beryl. Needless to say, I highly recommend them as they’ve shown a greater level of knowledge and more thorough approach to work than I’ve seen from other professionals. This is my go to firm for any home remodeling or repair projects going forward.
