What a transformation! Alex and his team really delivered all my vision of a refreshed bathroom and turn my 25 year old bathroom into a modern, bright and beautiful space. Every contractor did a great job and provided good customer service, especially for tile, glass and cabinets, the customer service was above and beyond and I like how they take responsibility to make sure everything installed correctly and perfectly.LM tile provided high quality materials at a competitive price, their owner Alex also provided professional advices and design ideas throughout the process. Overall we are satisfied with the speed and the quality of the project execution.One constructive feedback I have is to enhance project appointment communication, for example, one day we waited home all day and nobody showed up, and one day we are not home and someone showed up at the houseThe lack of communication about timeframe of these appointments was frustrating. The business needs better communication about the daily schedule/appointment timeframe to provide better updates and to enhance the customer experience.
