FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m very fair with my pricing. My quotes come free and my Deposits are 1/4 of the quote upfront. Labor fees will vary per project obviously . Each of my team members has their own daily rate and I have my own. I also take into account how many workers I’ll need with me. I am on EVERY site with my team 100 percent of the way. I feel that a company tends to flow better if there are no levels. I do not cut corners or costs but if your in a bind I don’t mind working with you and setting up something that’s a little easier. But you have to be upfront with me. When I ask what your budget is , I don’t want oh around this . I want to know what your cap is that way I can best provide services and stay in budget. I am working on possibly partnering with a financing company. At the end of the day my goal is to make sure you the customer is satisfied and give you peace of mind.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An initial meet up on site, do a walk through, talk about any questions or concerns , give estimate and contract. Collect deposit gather necessary materials and team members and get to work. During the job we might do progress walk throughs and on those days get draws. We’ll discuss everything that’s been done so far or any thing the client wants to add or change and those will be added on the the final invoice. When the project has been wrapped up we have a team member or two come in clean and do the final walk through and send final invoice.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m currently working towards my degrees in architecture and interior design , and historical preservation. I hold a Fine Arts Certificate in Painting from Full Sail University.
