- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each customer is given a customized price estimate for their desired project at hand. Also, additional discounts are applied if the customer qualifies. Ask about our discounts today!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, the customer's area of concern in the home is thoroughly assessed by one of your specialized Project Managers. Second, the estimate is provided and financing options are discussed. Third, the customer sets a date for the project to begin. Simple as 1-2-3!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company has been helping customers for over 20 years - established in 2003. Prior to 2003, we had 10+ years in construction and concrete services - that means 30 years of experience! Each of our Project Manager Specialists has over 10 years of training and experience that over-qualifies them to provide you the best expertise.
