Just before beginning the work, the placement was changed to a different location. Isagall handled the change without extra cost and finished the installation in a reasonable timeframe. Isagall was easy with which to communicate and perform their work as promised. They get a little extra credit because of responding to and resolving an issue which was related to a homeowners’ mistaken violation of property lines. The only regret is the gap left between the concrete edge and the surrounding grass, with small clumps of concrete left in that gap. I started my search for landscapers on Thumbtack, Yelp, and Google and had contacted Hector's Landscaping. Their secretary was responsive and scheduled the onsite consultation right away. There may have been a bit of disconnect between what I was communicating to the secretary and the communication between her and Hector. I had shared my inspiration photos with her, but there was confusion when Hector and his team arrived to start the work. We were able to sort it out. His staff is hardworking, and we are very pleased with our new patio, sod, and walkway pavers. On the contrary, we were a bit unhappy as to why they removed our sprinkler heads and then had to return a few days later to reconnect them.
