- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We target medium to large projects that have a level of strategic importance and complexity. We price each project individually based on a thorough scoping. We do have standardized pricing for support services such as hosting and maintenance, which can be provided upon request.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Virtually every assignment begins with an in-depth briefing to assess and document the client's needs. We then develop a project plan which may involve detailed schedules for each deliverable or inflection point. We maintain open communication with clients as projects progress and make adjustments along the way. After go-live, we offer free changes for thirty days.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our lead Project Architect is an AQI Certified Quality Auditor and Certified Quality Engineer and brings in-depth knowledge of industrial process automation.
