- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Estimates are free and prices don't change. Once I have told you a price, it will be the same as long as you are a customer. Interior windows are included in my pricing. If you wouldn't like the inside done, the price will be lower.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step is a free estimate. Then assuming you're happy with the price and process, we schedule a time to complete the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of the training and experience I have is from working hands-on.
