I used Berger for a small gutter job - replacement of a 20' gutter run on the front of my garage, and the reinstallation of another '20' run, which was blown loose from a storm on the back of my garage. The replacement run work was done well and there were no issues. However, the reinstalled run was not done per our agreement and the crew had to return to do additional work. Moreover, the root cause of the issue was miscommunication between the home office and the crew - and there was some challenge in convincing the office work coordinator an issue existed in the first place (I had to take some pictures of the incomplete work to prove several gutter anchors were missing - not easy for a gutterinstall 2 stories high, so I used a drone). In the end, work was completed as agreed a few days later. Kudos to my sales person Chris for the assist and follow-up.
