- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't have "fixed" pricing due to some who may want extensions, some may want haircuts, and some may want up-dos,the travel for the job as well as the items needed to produce the looks such as hair pins, hair product,etc. Most of the time I can't give an exact price due to being in a salon where I don't set the prices they arei would tell them that already put in place.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Learn as much as I can about them. Make them feel at home.

To make women feel as beautiful as they look! !
