- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is priced from a defined scope. After the design consultation you receive a written, itemized estimate with allowances and a payment schedule tied to project milestones, so you know exactly what is included before work begins. We accept Zelle, check, bank transfer and credit or debit cards.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Consultation: we meet at your home, listen to your goals and review the space. 2. Design: layout, materials and lighting are defined before construction starts. 3. Estimate: a written, itemized proposal with schedule and milestones. 4. Build: a dedicated project manager leads the job, coordinates every trade and keeps you updated. 5. Walkthrough: we review every detail with you before closing out the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team combines design and construction experience. Our founder, Norman Alcántara, started in construction working alongside a civil engineer in building maintenance in Houston before founding Bager in 2021. Each part of the work is handled by specialists in that trade, coordinated by our project manager.
