I reached out to DM Pro Handyman regarding removal of an old water heater from our attic that was left by the previous home owners. We had previously contacted a junk removal company but were told the item was too large and too heavy for their guys to get down from the attic. DM Pro sent a guy out the same day I contacted him to check it out and give us an estimate. The technician was prompt, professional, and easy to work with. We got the quote the same afternoon and were able to confirm a date and time that worked for us right away. This morning they sent out 2 guys to handle the job; they arrived on time, got to work immediately, and cleaned up afterwards. Communication was clear, quick, and easy. Would hire them again and recommend them without hesitation!
