Being a plumbing repair I was hesitant about hiring a handyman vs plumber. However due to the straight forward nature of the job, replacing a pressure balance cartridge, the availability of the service, and quote I decided to go with JT. He was prompt and understood the job. The new cartridge he put in was defective. JT was quick to diagnose the problem. It was determined that the best solution would be to get a new cartridge. Being late in the day we decided to finish the job the following day. JT left us with a work around and came back the following day to finish the work. This was all done in a professional and calm manner. A job well done.
