- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We require a minimum charge of $100 for 2 hours of service. This includes professional, fast, and high-quality work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first contact is through Thumbtack messages. Please make sure you’re ready to proceed with the job, as Thumbtack charges me just for sending you a quote. I won’t charge you for consultations or the quote itself.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Venezuela and hands-on experience in a wide range of projects. I’m also bilingual in Spanish and English, which allows me to communicate clearly in both languages.
