- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My minimum is $100 for 2 hours. Sauna installations are quoted per project — a typical residential install runs around $900 depending on the unit and electrical work needed. I serve the Houston, San Antonio, and Austin metro areas and surroundings. You always know the full price before I start.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We talk through your sauna model, location, and available electrical. If it needs a 220V line or panel work, I assess that upfront — no surprises. I serve Houston, San Antonio, Austin, and surrounding areas. Then I handle everything: assembly, wiring, and testing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and hold a Texas apprentice electrician license. I’ve trained on Harvia, HUUM, and Sunlighten systems, both residential and commercial.
