Kas is very knowledgeable and helpful. He completed my entire list of tasks efficiently, and I felt the price was fair. Some extra materials were needed, which he provided at no charge. Kas removed and installed two toilets, removed old carpet and installed flooring, installed an outdoor light, exterior transition, outlet, and three faucets. He also fixed a leak under my master sink. There was no trash left behind, and he cleaned the area thoroughly.

Went above and beyond on my sheet rock repair and even replaced installation that wasn’t part of the original plan. Didn’t just fix the sheet rock he made everything look like existing work. I will definitely use him again if I need more work. I also definitely recommend.

Kas was phenomenal! Kas was able to construct a bed that was literally in 100 pieces in less than an hour! Not only did he construct the bed quickly, it was precise, sturdy, and completed with fidelity. His fee was fair and his professionalism was consistent. We will be utilizing his services again, for sure!
