my prices are average ,but I don't take anything in advance also if I quote a price on fixing something and it's not fixed then no charge.
I offer Senior citizen and military discount
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
first I will go to the customer house for a system check up then I give him free estimate if acceptable the I start working without any advance payment if not accepted then I leave without charging anything not even the lead fee .

I have attended landscaping irrigation technician school
