The guys from Thornton Haus responded to my request last Friday very quickly and asked to come by Saturday and look at the broken window pane. They followed through and kept me informed of their arrival time. Just absolutely great customer service! I really enjoyed meeting Travis and Josh, the conversations we had and the knowledge of windows they gave me along the way. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

They were such a joy to work with. Communicated frequently. Educated me on the process. The workmanship was awesome. Clean up was excellent. Showed up on time. Very fast turnaround time from estimate to work completed. They were fast to respond and give us an estimate. They came out and gave us an estimate before anybody else even responded. I had others give me a similar bid but I only wanted to work with them. Very professional. Very polite and kind. Easy. Seamless. Highly recommend!!!
